Terms of service
Effective 4 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Wilow ("Wilow", "we") for the use of the Wilow app and wilow.team (together, the "service"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them.
What the service is
Wilow is software that runs AI agents on your computer. The agents build and operate projects using accounts and providers you connect (an AI provider such as OpenRouter, GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Google, Stripe and others). Those accounts are yours: their terms, their costs and their limits apply to you directly. Wilow does not resell them and does not pay for them.
Your account and your responsibility
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate account details. Keep your password and account key safe.
- You own your projects — the code, content and data your agents produce for you.
- You are responsible for what your agents do on your behalf. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsafe. Review it before you rely on it, and use the approval prompts the app shows for outbound actions such as sending email, deploying or moving money.
- You are responsible for complying with the law and with the terms of every service you connect.
Acceptable use
Do not use Wilow to break the law, to harm others, to send spam, to access accounts or data that are not yours, or to disrupt the relay or other users. We may suspend or delete accounts that do.
Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, rate-limit or discontinue features, including the shared relay, at any time. The app is designed so that your projects live on your own computer and in your own accounts, so they remain yours if the service changes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilow is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for lost data, lost profits or costs incurred with third-party providers, arising from the use of the service or from actions taken by your agents. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Wilow for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free service is zero.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Danger zone). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections about your content, liability and governing law survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Wilow is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new version is published here with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
