Privacy policy
Effective 4 September 2026
Wilow ("Wilow", "we") publishes the Wilow app and this website. This page explains what happens to your data. The short version: Wilow runs on your own computer. Your projects, your chats and the keys that encrypt them stay with you. We do not sell data and we show no ads.
What the app does with your data
- Your agents run on your computer. The files they create, the repositories they push and the services they deploy to belong to accounts you own. Nothing of that work passes through Wilow's servers.
- Chats are end-to-end encrypted. Messages, control-panel contents and images are encrypted on your device before they reach the relay (the small service that passes messages between your phone, your computer and your agents). The relay stores ciphertext it cannot read, plus the minimum needed to route it: your account email, device names, timestamps and message sizes.
- Connected services stay yours. When you link Google Workspace, GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Stripe or any other provider, the credentials are stored on your computer and used by your agents to do what you ask. They are never uploaded to Wilow.
- AI providers. Your agents send the text they need to the AI provider you configured (for example OpenRouter or your own Claude subscription) under your own account and that provider's terms. Wilow does not receive it.
Google user data
Wilow's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from your Google account (mail you ask an agent to send, documents and spreadsheets it creates or edits, calendar events, analytics reports) is processed on your computer by your own agents to provide the features you use. It is not transferred to Wilow, not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models. You can revoke Wilow's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
This website
wilow.team is a static site hosted on Vercel. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts. Vercel keeps standard request logs (IP address, page, time) for a limited period to operate the service.
Your account
- We keep your account email and your devices' names so your messages can be routed and so you can see and revoke devices.
- Deleting your account (Settings → Danger zone → Delete account) removes your relay data: messages, device records, encryption-key wraps and project metadata. Files on your computer and in the accounts you linked are yours and are not touched.
- Relay data is kept only while your account exists.
Children
Wilow is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date. Material changes are announced in the app.
